Medicare Care Plans
If you have received a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) from your GP, you are eligible for five physiotherapy appointments with us. The appointments are available once per calendar year.
Who is eligible
If you are suffering from a chronic musculoskeletal condition or injury, you’re eligible to obtain a Medicare Care Plan. This is approved by your GP, and he or she will allocate your allied health appointments. For further information please Inquire by calling our clinic today on (02) 8223 4896.
Rebate
A full fee of the appointment is charged to a DEBIT card (either savings or cheque option) and a Medicare rebate of $58.00 is seamlessly rebated back onto your card via our clinic software, saving you time by not having to visit Medicare centres. A receipt can be given for manual claiming as well.
